You are welcome to return any of our products that you desire within 30 days of your purchase, no questions asked. Please help us help you by retaining your receipt and the original packaging and all of its contents, including all parts and manuals. Products travel much more safely when they are returned in packaging designed to ship them without excess room to bang around.
Please understand that we will pay the shipping for sending out a replacement model in the case of a damaged unit, but would ask you to pay for shipping for returning a perfectly functioning product. We will refund the full product cost.
Once you notify us about your intention to return a product, we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA Number). Please use this number in identifying your product when you ship it back to us.
This number is helpful in expediting your refund or exchange. We ask that you ship your product back to us within 14 days of receiving an RMA number, otherwise your refund or exchange might be delayed.
If you purchased your product through a dealer or reseller, please work with them directly.

We warranty our productsfrom factory or manufacturing defects for the period of time listed above. We will work with you directly to diagnose the problem and exchange the defective unit with a properly functioning product.
Unfortunately, our warranty does not cover accidental damage that results from misuse or unintentional damage. We do not want to enumerate in legal terms everything that can wrong with our products. We prefer, instead, to use simple terms: If there is a functional defect due to faulty manufacturing, we will replace the product. If you dropped our product or spilled liquid on it, or damaged it in some other way, we cannot cover the damage under our warranty.
